Now that is how you are supposed to PLAY! From now on that is how we play! I agree about Marchment he does need not one but several skates shoved up his ass! This is when we need guys like Kocur and Mcarty. This summer we really need to pick up another enforcer! I have to admit that the puck looked as big as a beach ball to Ozzie last night! Stevie is on fire Another Presidents is definately in our sights!!!

Heh, best use of a (paraphrased) quote from "Bad Boys" ever.

I'd argue that the Wings don't need an enforcer just because there are so few times where this situation comes up. It's not worth the roster spot in the "New NHL" to have a guy who's just a fighter. That said, it is pretty crazy to have Mikael Samuelsson be the guy who's getting into it with everyone, never realized he was such a chippy player.

The real solution would be for the refs to actually call something when Marchment does that (or when every other Nashville Predator takes a run at our goalie) but we'll see how that goes.

Thank you Thank you! This goes back to the point I made on Hockey this morning on XM radio about refs and ridiculous calls. It always seems that they will call something cheap like that hooking call they made on Lang last night, while they totally seem to miss something like what happened to Z. They need to remove their head from their A**.
