What an odd game. Great to see that final score, but there were a lot of things to complain about throughout the game. Bad penalties (both bad to take and bad calls), weird bounces, but I can't complain about the outcome.

Referee amatuer nite. The first 1,000 patrons recieve a striped shirt and get to ref an actual NHL game. Pretty silly, but so were the calls. Especially the Holmstrom "based on reputation alone" diving call. Is it just me, or is Yzerman starting to find his mojo again? Nice to see that.

Holmstrom's "reputation" is starting to p*ss me off. He also has a reputation for wearing extra padding on his back because he gets his ass kicked so often in front of the goal but that reputation doesn't help him get any interference/cross-checking calls. Double-standard because the refs don't want to do their job.

well if the ref doesnt do their job he has to take care of himself or he will get or he will lose more
