Bob Hartley has done some amazing things with this club and despite their last few losses they were still near the top of their division... even w/out Heatley.
I'll be watching you from my couch and NHLCI Whizkid...CHEER our TEAM ON!

I thought Lindsay would have brought some excitement for the Wings and should have been picked up when he was a FA.

Redmond's act is getting old. He acts like he was some tough guy when he played. i don't remember him ever fighting.Bingo Bango, whatever.

Why does a guy like Whitney fall and then look at his skate. if it is a burr or broke it's not going to get fixed on the ice , get off! nice shot though. He may be the best Marksman the Wings have.
Williams is the only Wing Hitting. And he's a wuss.
Giving up 3 shots in the 2nd was some good D. Rivers looked good and Kronwall continues to impress.
Hull is in a funk big time.
Shanny is still standing around on D.

I think last night was a well played game. And most guys will look at their skate and the ice if they fall down and no one touched em. SHEESH. just because you play in a beer league doesn't make you the expert.
Shanny and Stevie stay high in our zone, when on D. Maybe that's the way the coaches want them to play. SHANNY never goes into the corners much anymore. If his back is as bad as some say....he's doing what he can to contribute and still be a team player. I thought he playes pretty well and he and Dats trying to set each other up.
I"m sorry WILLIAMS is not a WUSS, not after some of those hits he laid out. And none of them were penalties which says a lot. He's not a sniper and he's not super fast skater....but he is a grinder and causes trouble. That's his job. Don't begrudge him that fact.
And my answer to your REDMOND question stands. Redirections are tough to follow. Ask any goalie.... They will tell you...hardest shot to get.
