I'm not exactly going out on a limb in saying this, but the boarding call against Datsyuk was pure B.S.  He hit Groasek's shoulder!  Even if he had hit him in the numbers, as the morons on ABC said, Grosek was the one who was turning away as Datsyuk came in.  If is so much of a moron that he turns his back to an oncoming checker, he deserves to be hit.

Bottom line...  If that goes uncalled, the Lapointe PP goal doesn't happen.  From there, maybe it's a win instead of an OTL.

I must agree that it was a complete and total overreaction on the part of the referee. I could have MAYBE seen calling a 2 minute minor, but 5 minutes and a game misconduct is beyond ridiculous. Way to decide the game, ref. Not only do you give the other guys a 5 minute power play, but you deny us access to our leading scorer in a tight game. Thanks loads.

the call on datsyuk is 100% b-s he hit him on the shoulder and the stupid refs have been doing this to the wings all year and the refs should get fired. Not only some all.they costed us the game and number one player in the nhl.thats the bottom line because a redwings fan said so.
