It's been over half a week, so it must be time for the Red Wings to play Edmonton again. This time Detroit hosts the Oilers in the first game of a six-game homestand.
The Red Wings will start Joey MacDonald in goal for the second consecutive game, leading more credence to the idea that Ty Conklin is done in Detroit. Nikolai Khabibulin will get the nod for the Oilers after Devan Dubnyk had beaten the Wings last Saturday.
Brad Stuart is back in on the Detroit blue line, bumping Mike Commodore out of the lineup. Jan Mursak is the other healthy scratch for the Wings.
Game time is 7:30 PM on FS+.

Score!!! I really wish Nick would go on a point streak. Call me selfish, I want to see a Wing tied or beat one of the all-time greats in the total amount of Norris Trophies.

One area that I see us screw up more often than not is the last minute of a period. Do they realize the game or period goes until the final bell?
