It's taken far too long to complete this task but the DetroitHockey.Net Community Forums have finally been upgraded to Invision Power Board 3. New features related to this upgrade will be rolled out over the coming weeks.
The look and feel of the new forums has not been finalized, so don't be alarmed if you come across a page that doesn't quite look right. We'll keep plugging away at things as we can.
If there are any questions about this upgrade, feel free to ask. Thanks.

On that note, if you're wondering where access to your forum settings went, they're now up under the DH.N User Menu.
Both the User Menu and the site login form have been revamped a little bit so if there are any issues, feel free to post about them.

Continuing on with the updates to DH.N login systems...
You can now log into DetroitHockey.Net using your Twitter and/or Facebook account. Just click the "Sign In with Twitter" or "Login with Facebook" buttons and you'll be prompted to give permission to DH.N to identify you based on your Twitter/Facebook information. After that, anytime you're logged into either of those services you should also be logged into DetroitHockey.Net.
If you already have a DH.N account, you can add your Twitter/Facebook login to it.
For Twitter, log out of your DH.N account and log back in using your Twitter account. You'll be prompted to then log in to your DH.N account to sync the two.
For Facebook, make sure the email address you use for your DH.N account is the same as your Facebook account. Log out of your DH.N account and log back in using Facebook. Your accounts will automatically be synced.

The process for adding your Facebook or Twitter account to your DH.N account has been streamlined. While you're logged in to a DH.N account that does not have an associated account with either Facebook or Twitter, your DH.N User Menu (click your username in the top right corner of any page on DH.N) will give you links for associating whatever social media accounts you're missing.
Just wanted to let everyone know.
And a reminder, if you've created a second account through a social media login, let me know and I can do a delete or merge on the extra account.
