So I've had this crazy idea bouncing around in my head. I was thinking about getting a 3'x5' Wincraft Red Wings flag and taking it around the base here to get signed by the deployed Wings fans here. Then I was going to mail it to the Red Wings front office.

The first problem I ran into is that the Shop NHL website will not mail the flag to APO/FPO addresses. I was thinking about contacting the front office to see if they would like to have a troop signed flag.

Does anyone know a good point of contact for the front office? If I were to do this, I'd like to have it completed and sent back in time for the play-offs.

The Wings' community relations director is a former Wings' blogger, has always been pretty in touch with the fans. I'd be surprised if she wouldn't accept that kind of gift.
