Bruins and Red Wings on the back half of the home-and-home series, live from Detroit at 12:30 on NBC.
Tim Thomas played the third period on Friday and is expected to start tonight for the Bs. Jimmy Howard gets the nod again for the Wings.
The Bruins will be looking to prove that Friday was an anomaly and come out strong against the Red Wings. Likewise, Detroit looks to show that their scoring slump has been snapped and the six-goal output on Friday wasn't a one-time thing.

I'm not doubting that the ref lost sight of the puck there, I'm just asking why. The puck clearly wasn't covered. That rule is designed to fail.

Holy f*ck, Bert is on right now. Great job anticipating the pass to pick it off, then he recovers from the Thomas poke check and takes the time to get the puck up and over him.
