Tonight is the second of the two games I'll be missing on my Las Vegas trip and since I've been running around all day using other people's money to kick ass at video poker I don't have any in-depth pregame notes.
Pavel Datsyuk remains out with an upper body injury. Patrick Eaves will be a healthy scratch. The fourth line will be made up of Brad May, Justin Abdelkader and Darren Helm. Mike Babcock says whoever is doing better on faceoffs will play center. Abdelkader says that's Helm.

There goes the record at the Joe. Osgood got faked out of his pads both times, while Anderson didn't. It was in the f*cking bag at 2-0. But at least there's the consolation point.
