The Red Wings look to wrap up their Western Conference Semifinal matchup with the Ducks in Anaheim tonight.

Should they win, it would be the ninth series win on the road in a row for Detroit. The Wings haven't closed out a series at home since defeating the Carolina Hurricanes in five games in the 2002 Stanley Cup Finals.

Defenseman Brian Rafalski is a game-time decision for the Red Wings. He's missed the first five games of the series with an upper-body injury. No other lineup changes are expected.

i truly feel like we got this in the bag Anaheim has no answer's left since we found our game if Rafalski doesn't play i'm not gonna be heartbroken as i feel we need him %100 to deal with Chicago but he would be a welcome addition to a blueline we have had to work extremly hard thus far

I'm not ready to say anything is in the bag. I want Raffi back to help on the PP. The Wings need to take advantage of any time with the extra attacker and he can help with that.

The Ducks are going to throw everything at us. These past two games, Detroit has been playing THEIR game rather than trying to play a game to counteract the Ducks' game. If we play our game like we have been, I think we can win this. We really need to be careful or else the next one is do or die--not a comforting situation.

I bet Raffi's in.

Keys to tonights game:

Detroit

Homer and the Mule's action in front of the net will be critical. Clogging up the slot and crashing the net will get us going early.

The defense will need to be on their toes. Anaheim is going to come out hard and fast so to counter act that we need to frustrate the attack early and keep the pressure goinig.

Anaheim:

Ryan Getzlaf; as he goes so do the Ducks. If he is not at 100 percent then things are already swinging in our favor.

Ducks are gonna crash the net hard. That's got me worried. I'm picturing an Anaheim goal while someone falls into Osgood.

Not good to see the period end with a penalty. Wings didn't entirely look bad overall, Ducks looked better than they have.

Getzlaf line had 5 of their 12 shot's in the first we can lower that as the game goes and it should end well for us
