No real notes before this one. It sounds like Homer is still out (though there was one report calling him a game-time decision). This means Meech remains on the fourth line.

Oh Jesus, did that deflect or did Ozzie just miss it?

After cleaning the bathroom for the whole game, when I finally was able to sit down and watch as I checked my email, Datsyuk scored.
Call me lucky or what.

Luck just ran out...
Calgary gets another goal.

And maybe it's back now?
Hudler gets a goal.
Remember when Ken Daniels had that streak going about a player being interviewed on Red Wings Live and then scoring a goal in the game. That seems to be happening again a lot

I hate to be the optimist here, but uh...I doubt they'll tie it.
And as I typed that the Flames got an ENG.

I just turned it back on after quitting partway through the second. Two faceoff positions the Wings seemed to get hosed on reminds me of what I was seeing when I turned it off the first time.

I'd love to see it but they're at the cap with Ericsson up, even with Lilja on IR and not looking to come off anytime soon.
It'll be interesting to see how things play out this year with both the Wings and the Griffins in the playoffs. Does Detroit gut the Griffins just to get some more depth or do they try to hold out while GR makes a run?
