Wings really good on the early PK but the Preds get the first goal on a long blast. Nashville was buzzing, had a feeling that was coming.

Fantastic plays all around on Detroit's first goal. Datsyuk gains the zone with a bouncing puck, Hudler holds it in and draws in a defender, Cleary drives the net and roofs it. Teamwork, bitches.

The way the Preds have been getting the defense involved you knew they'd have to get one sooner or later.
Of course that never should have been a power play but, hey, whatever.

Aww damn, Lidstrom's out for the rest of the game with a "lower body injury."

): I like Fiddler, but I'm not happy he scored XD It was kinda ironic I was practicing my fiddle contesting songs when he scored, too.
I hope Nick isn't out with something really serious.

Nice shot by Samuelsson. Playing some really nice angles.

As George Malik mentioned last night, Red Wings captain Nicklas Lidstrom had x-rays to examine an ankle injury he suffered blocking a Shea Weber shot.
Those x-rays came back negative but Lidstrom is still experiencing soreness and swelling. He will test the ankle in today's morning skate before determining whether or not he can play against the Avalanche tonight in Denver.
