I just signed up and thought I should introduce myself as suggested here.
My name is Steve Flood and I live in Vaughan, ON, which is essentially a suburb of Toronto.
I was recommended to join by 2 of your current GM's this past weekend.
This league sounds like a tonne of fun!
Steve

Just FYI, you'll have to officially join the waiting list at http://fhl.detroithockey.net/join.php to be considered for a team. Not that there's a major rush on that or anything.

What about me? I'm from Sudbury... That's only about a 3 hour drive away from the Soo. Can I be an Honorary Sooite too?
And welcome Steve.

Absolutely, I visit THE ROCK every year! Love the Hounds/Wolves rivalry, I just wish we were in the same division!

Ya. I use to follow the Wolves a lot more, but lately I've been keeping my eye more on my Devils, with Brodeur gone with that injury and all... Of course Detroit is still my *cough*2nd*cough* favourite NHL team.
I actually kinda miss the old rivalry with North Bay too, but the division rivalry with Barrie has been getting pretty intense here since that run to the finals a couple seasons back.
Anyway, what's your favourite NHL team Steve? Well, next to the Wings of course...

And of course his favorite team is the Leafs and how every game takes us on step closer to drafting Tavares LOL.
Why else would we take a 3 goal lead only to lose in overtime
Also I have been to the Soo but only on a bus once on are way through to Thunder Bay.

Leafs will draft Braydon Schenn to have a brother tandem. You heard it here

Ya, I've been hearing that he's likely going to be gone before the deadline. Honestly, I think the Leafs would be better off keeping him and trading Kubina. If only Kubina would waive his NTC, the Leafs would have a whole lot more opportunities open to them. I'm not much of a Leafs fan though, so I could hardly care what happens either way, unless the Devils or Wings get involved. I couldn't see Detroit making a move for Kaberle though.

I joined the list awhile ago, though I don't think much has happened for me
Hello, my name is Kristen, and I have always wanted to try a fantasy league, because NHL '07 does not have the same feeling to it (and is easy to cheat on).
