This is a topic that I have rread about in several hockey magazines as well as discussed with several other people. My feelings are this:

1. I think the ultimate goal here is General manager unless Stevie gets crazy and decides he wants to be a coach. Some people might say that is crazy but the same things was said about the geat one and look at where he is now.

2. I can see this because if the Wings start to go down hill for whatever reason Hollamd might be out of a job
