I will call:

Rangers win series 4-3 - Pretty even match up to me.

Red Wings win series 4-2 - Going with the better goaltending.

Northstars win series 4-1 - Best team all year.

Barons win series 4-3 - One series has to be a little different than the regular season.

Good luck to everyone.

Cheers

Yeah this series has not really turned out to be the close series many of us, including myself envisioned. Hoping to pull one out tonight to atleast avoid the sweep!

Congrats to Joey Loonen and his Montreal Canadiens, Season Sixteen Memorial Trophy Champions.

As always, thanks to everyone in the league for yet another successful season. We're coming up on the tenth anniversary of when the first dFHL teams started being filled and I'd be lying if I said I thought we'd still be going today. Your commitment is what makes that possible.

Award voting for the postseason awards is now open I'll leave it open until about noon on August 8 so that everyone has time to make their choices. After the winners are announced, I'll do re-rates so that's out of the way and then we're going to have a little bit of a break.

As I've previously mentioned and as those of you in the NHA have heard twice, I'm going to spend some time this offseason ripping apart the FHLSite code to try to find where some of our little oddities are coming from. Why is fighting gone, why do injuries heal inconsistently, things like that. Hopefully this won't take long but I've got no timeline on it.

If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask. Thanks again.

Thanks to everyone and a special thanks Klaintinen for having the correct guess that Habs would be victorious in six games. We appreciate the trust you put in us.

Also a big thank you to the North Stars for a nice fightback in the series after falling behind 3-0 and to our team management who did not fire me after under performing the past 10 seasons not winning a cup despite a squad that should be more successful. Let's hope this is just a sign of things to come.
